Customer Testimonials provide evidence that TNG is as capable, knowledgeable and reliable as we say we are. As in other industries, we will always be measured against our latest project. Therefore, it is important to assess the level of service that is being experienced by gathering the opinions held by our Clients.

 

Customer Satisfaction

TNG collects feedback on its performance after every project is completed so that we can measure Customer Satisfaction. We send Post Project Review surveys to each member of the project team and ask to be rated on four ‘critical success factors’.
