Customer Testimonials provide evidence that TNG is as capable, knowledgeable and reliable as we say we are. As in other industries, we will always be measured against our latest project. Therefore, it is important to assess the level of service being experienced by gathering opinions held by our Clients.

Customer Satisfaction

TNG collects feedback on its performance after every project is completed so that we can measure Customer Satisfaction. Post Project Review surveys are sent to each member of the project team who are asked to rate TNG on four ‘critical success factors’.
