Observatory House Office Remodel, Slough

TNG provided full detailed design duties for this prestigious commercial Office Remodel development in Berkshire.

Observatory House

The project comprised the full remodel and refurbishment of an existing office building, to provide high-quality and contemporary accommodation. The remodelling works created an additional 1,438 sq. metres of letting space for single or multi-occupancy.

The existing 1990’s office building, located in Slough, was stripped back to its basic structural frame in order to commence the works.  A new steel structure on the 4th and 5th levels was required to create additional floors; and a part infill of the atrium created even more new floor space.

The refurbished building received new cladded external elevations and a remodelled entrance and approach to the central atrium.
