Carlton House Student Accommodation, Southampton

TNG, (formerly Henderson Green), provided a Low Carbon Feasibility Study for the complete conversion of Carlton House  in Southampton.

Student Accommodation

The developer converted an existing concrete framed office building into sixteen 4-bedded student flats. The new flats were constructed directly above two of the city’s popular late night bars therefore, an effective acoustic solution was demanded by the planners.

TNG carried out a Low Carbon Feasibility Study prior to the preparation of a Performance Specification for the engineering services works. It also monitored and reviewed the Contractor’s designs, on behalf of the Client, to ensure consistency and quality.
