TNG Team Building Bristol 2025 – Complete ✅
On the 11th and 12th of July, our team braved the extreme heat and headed to Bristol for a brilliant couple of days away.
Clifton Suspension Bridge
Friday kicked off with a vault tour of the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Hidden beneath the Leigh Woods abutment, the 19th-century vaults were only rediscovered in 2002. We descended through a narrow access shaft into the cool, echoey chambers beneath the bridge—learning about the history, construction, and ingenuity behind this iconic structure.
We always try to include something educational in our team-builds, and this one ticked all the boxes.
Bristol Activity Centre
On Saturday, we traded the cool sandstone for scorching sunshine at Bristol Activity Centre, taking on quad biking and rifle shooting in the heat.🎯 There was mud, adrenaline, serious focus, a few surprises—and a lot of laughs.
Team-builds like this are about more than just fun—though there was plenty of that. They’re a great way to:
- Get to know colleagues you might not usually work with
- Help new starters feel part of the team
- Push people gently out of their comfort zones
- Try things you wouldn’t normally do
Big thanks to our fearless minibus drivers, Andrew Jackson and Russ Pitman, who got us there and back safely—aboard the legendary Russ Bus 🚌 and the equally iconic Andy Van-dy 🚐.
And a massive thanks to everyone who came on the trip. It was great to see new connections forming and people supporting each other. 🙌
Here’s to more adventures, more learning, and more team spirit! 💪
