TNG is excited to start work on the redevelopment of an existing 2-storey commercial/residential building in the heart of Southampton.
New Build Scheme
The £2.2M new build shall comprise a ground floor restaurant with an additional 4 floors of residential apartments on top. TNG will be providing mechanical and electrical performance specifications, outline drawings and contractor design checks.
